Berdasarkan Surat Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi RI Nomor : B/ 3650.1/ M.PAN-RB/ 11/ 2010 Tanggal 30 Nopember 2010 perihal Persetujuan Perubahan Rincian Formasi CPNS Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara dan Surat Keputusan Bupati Penajam Paser Utara Nomor 810/006/XII/2010 Tentang Penetapan Kelulusan Seleksi Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara Tahun 2010. Telah ditetapkan kelulusan peserta sebanyak 280 (dua ratus delapan puluh) orang sesuai dengan formasi jabatan yang dilamar dengan rincian sebagai berikut :

Bagi peserta yang dinyatakan lulus agar segera melakukan daftar ulang dan Pemberkasan di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara pada tanggal 20 s/d 24 Desember 2010 dengan membawa Kartu Tanda Peserta Seleksi.

Untuk melengkapi berkas paling lambat tanggal 28 Desember 2010, dengan melampirkan :

* a. Pas Foto terbaru hitam putih ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar (menuliskan Nama pada halaman belakang Photo);
* b. Daftar Riwayat Hidup (Blangko disediakan panitia);
* c. Surat Keterangan Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani serta tidak mengkonsumsi Narkotika, Psikotropika, Precusor dan Zat Adiktif lainnya dari Dokter Tim Dokter Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kab. Penajam Paser Utara;
* d. Foto copy STTB/Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai (Akta Mengajar bagi yang dipersyaratkan) sesuai dengan kualifikasi Pendidikan yang dibutuhkan, dan telah disahkan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang.
* e. Asli Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian;
* f. Surat Pernyataan : (Blangko disediakan oleh Panitia)
* g. Berkas di dibuat dalam rangkap 2 (dua) dan di masukkan dalam Map Snelhekter Plastik Warna Kuning, Apabila salah satu persyaratan sebagaimana tersebut tidak dipenuhi, maka yang bersangkutan tidak dapat diangkat sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil.

2. Peraturan Kepala BKN Nomor 30 Tahun 2007 tanggal 27 Agustus 2007 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil;
3. Surat Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor : B/2521/M.PAN-RB/10/2010 tanggal 25 Oktober 2010 tentang Persetujuan Rincian Tambahan Alokasi Formasi CPNS Daerah Tahun 2010;
4. Keputusan Walikota Tarakan Nomor : 811/HK-XII/ 1243 /2010 tanggal 17 Desember 2010 tentang Penetapan Kelulusan Pelamar Umum pada Seleksi Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah Kota Tarakan Formasi Tahun 2010;

III. TATA CARA PEMBERKASAN
A. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi CPNS sebagaimana tersebut diatas wajib hadir pada hari Rabu tanggal 22 Desember 2010 pukul 09.00 wite tempat Gedung Serbaguna Kantor Walikota Tarakan Jl. Kalimantan No. 1 Tarakan dengan membawa :

* Pas photo terbaru berwarna ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 6 lembar
* Photo copy ijazah mulai SD s.d. terakhir yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang ( sesuai dengan lampiran ) sebanyak 1 (satu) rangkap
* Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (asli 1 (satu) lembar dan photo copy 1 (satu) lembar)
* Surat Keterangan Sehat Jasmani Rohani dari RSUD setempat (Asli 1(satu) lembar dan Foto copy 1 (satu) lembar)
* Photo copy surat nikah, akte kelahiran anak (bagi yang sudah berkeluarga)
* Membawa Pulpen tinta warna hitam, alas tulis dan perlengkapan ATK lainnya
* Surat Lamaran ditulis tangan diatas kertas double folio bergaris menggunakan huruf balok dan tinta warna hitam serta ditanda tangani Asli, sesuai contoh format pada lampiran I pengumuman sebanyak 1 (satu) rangkap.

B. Blanko Daftar Riwayat Hidup (DRH) dan Surat Pernyataan diisi secara bersama pada saat pertemuan tersebut diatas.

C. Pada saat Daftar Ulang, pelamar diwajibkan membawa Tanda Peserta Seleksi dan atau Resi / Bukti Pengiriman dari Kantor Pos.

D. Segala biaya administrasi (Photo copy, materai dan biaya pemeriksaan) menjadi tanggung jawab pelamar dan disiapkan pada saat pertemuan tersebut.

E. Bagi peserta yang tidak hadir atau mengundurkan diri agar menghubungi layanan informasi BKD, dan apabila sampai dengan batas waktu tanggal 25 Desember 2010 tidak ada informasi resmi maka akan digantikan peserta pada ranking berikutnya.

ABOUT ANNOUNCEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE OF CANDIDATES FOR LOCAL CIVIL SERVANTS TARAKAN CITY FISCAL YEAR 2010 GENERAL FORMATION.

REQUIREMENTS

  
A. General Requirements

   
1. Indonesian citizen;
   
2. In the minimum age limit of 18 (eighteen) years and a maximum of 35 (thirty five) years as of January 1, 2011;
   
3. There was never sentenced to prison or jail based on court decisions that have permanent legal force, for committing a criminal act;
   
4. There was never dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as PNS / TNI Member / Member State Police, or dismissed are not with respect as private employees;
   
5. Not located as Candidate Public Servant;
   
6. Have the education, skills, expertise and skills required;
   
7. Good behavior;
   
8. Physically and mentally healthy;
   
9. Willing to be stationed in all parts of Indonesia;
  
10. Meet other requirements specified in the terms of office;

 
B. Special Requirements 

   
1. Cover letter addressed to the Mayor of Tarakan cq. Head of the Regional Personnel Tarakan City and signed original is concerned, according to the example format in annex I notice as much as 1 (one) copies.
   
2. Age Limits lowest 18 (eighteen) years as of January 1, 2011 (Birth January 1, 1993) and the highest 35 (thirty five) years on January 1, 2011 (born January 1, 1976).
   
3. Attach a 3x4-sized color photo Pas 1 (one) sheet.
   
4. Attach a photo copy of a certificate in accordance with the requirements of the formation of vacant positions available as well as the competent authority in accordance legalized appendix II announcement as much as 1 (one) copies.
   
5. Attach a certified copy of official transcripts in accordance Annex II authorized the announcement of 1 (one) copies with the Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least: a. Programs exact, minimal mean = 2:50 (two point fifty). b. Social Programs, a minimum mean = 2.75 (two point seventy five).
   
6. Attach a photocopy of identity cards as much as 1 (one) double;
   
7. If passed the selection CPNS then willing to complete the file:

b. Not attending formal education outside the city of Tarakan.
   
8. c. Demand Adjustment will not diploma if enrolled in a lower education level than the last education exist at the register. Formation of Special General Practitioner, Dentist, Midwives and Nurses shall affix license practices Registration Certificate (doctor), Permit Midwife (Midwife) and Permit Nurses (nurse) and for those who have not been obliged to make a statement on the stamp which states that if passed the selection CPNSD will soon finish a permit to use their own resources. 


C. Procedures for Acceptance and Implementation Selection
